If you need technical support on a plane or other product you bought from us please contact us via e-mail or give us a call on (+27) (0)83 993 7080.
Some or all of the following information will be useful when asking for support:
• Cerebus invoice number
• Product reference number
• Product serial number. (Each Pilot-RC and CA-Model plane has got a unique number)
• Detailed description of the problem
